Rake

Metal stair spindles from the Richard Burbidge Elements collection of stair parts. These spindles are 805mm long so they meet regulations for handrails when fitted into the handrail and baserail and used on the rake of a staircase.

The styles of balusters available in this range include Hybrid Double, Hybrid Single, History, Plain, Spiral Double and Spiral Single metal spindles, all of which can be mixed and matched to create a handrail system that’s individual to you.

Each metal spindle in the Elements stair parts range is made from 14mm diameter solid steel bar welded to an aluminium profile (where applicable). They are galvanised and powder coated with a stylish black colour for a superb corrosion resistance finish. Elements stair parts are only suitable for stairs with a pitch of between 40 degrees and 43 degrees.
