Who measures your staircase?

At Pear Stairs we design and manufacture staircases for many self-build customers. All we need is:

1.

The opening hole size in the first floor timber joists

a) Trimmer to trimmer

b) Trimmer to finished wall

We rarely come out to the property to measure - we can, but this would be an expensive and unnecessary additional cost to you.
