The Spacesaver is a lightweight, 2 Section sliding Aluminium Loft Ladder, Manufactured in accordance with EN 14975. BS7553 Class G (General Use) with a duty rating of 100kg (15.7 st.)
Fits loft openings as small as 457mm Long x 406mm Wide.
This ladder is fitted with 10 wide, flat, non-slip treads. It also has rubber feet for safe climbing. It is ideal for occasional home use.
Comes complete with all fittings, easy to follow instructions and operating pole. The unique shoot bolt fastening mechanism allows for safe and easy usage.
Minimum floor to floor height: 1.450m. Maximum floor to floor height: 2.600m
Maximum arc of clearance required in loft : 1.213m.
