90x45mm Plain Half Newel Base with clean cut top to suit our Contemporary Twist Newel range. These newel bases are not chamfered or radiused, but are cut cleanly at the top to suit the Contemporary Twist range of newel posts. Has a (half) 50mm diameter hole to install a half newel post. Half newels are generally used on landings to finish a balustrade, banister or handrail against a wall. Shown here in White Oak. Supplied un-finished ready for your own stain, varnish or paint.
