A stunning feature in this voguish modern property, this unique American White Oak staircase was designed and manufactured at Pear Stairs. A straight flight with 32mm oak treads, flush nosing, oak risers and softwood strings, we finished this staircase by priming the left-hand side only.
Deliberately engineered in this style, the fitter then installed the stair string flush into the wall to create a shadow line and then built a solid handrail/stairwell by using strips of birch as cladding. The end result is this incredible natural-looking staircase that stands out in this modish design scheme.
