96. The Old Coach House Oak Staircase

A striking staircase manufactured entirely in American white oak. Provincial newels and spindles give character to the flight. A double winder design was required to meet with building regulations. A D-end step and a volute - a spiral at the end of the handrail - make an impressive entry to the staircase. Dark stain was applied to contrast with the white decor of the property.
