Installed in building project across 13 different properties, these staircase designs feature three consecutive staircases at three seperate price points:
Lower ground floor to first floor – £3193 + VAT
Ground floor to first floor – £3193 + VAT
First floor to second floor - £3070 + VAT
Pictured and priced are the oak winder staircases installed in property 9 of the 13.
Most of the plots were double winder stairs sitting on top of each other. The handrail was 70 x 45 square with the edges rounded. The posts were also square.
The treads were 32mm thick and they went for the square nosed with a 4mm radius pencil round. The tops of the posts had a kerf. They went for the 12.5mm metal spindles and chose the Boston Style.
