The stairs is a quarter landing, where all showing parts are in oak, the treads and risers are softwood as they are to be carpeted, with the exception of tread and riser 1 as it is a feature tread. This staircase features a glass balustrade that is grooved into the handrail and baserail. We supplied 2 part baserail so the glass can be fitted after the handrail has been fitted. The landing is made from joists and T&G board also supplied by Pear Stairs.
