864. Walmsley Staircase

This is a quarter landing staircase where everything apart from the treads and risers are all in oak, the treads and risers are softwood as they are being carpeted. Newel posts and spindles are stop chamfered style which have been finished with pyramid newel caps. Handrail and baserail are our own Pear design.

Stairs were delivered on time. A few spindles short, but these were delivered the next day without any fuss. The stairs fitted really well and professionally by HP Carpentry. We are very happy with the result.
