The stairs have been designed to allow additional light into an enclosed hallway. An open tread design in yellow pine - stained to give an oak appearance - together with the glass-panelled balustrade, stop-chamfered newel posts and flat caps, give a very modern finish. We have also obtained a photograph of the hallway prior to the staircase being fitted - what a transformation!
