This winder softwood flight of stairs leads to a loft conversion. Our customer used a bullnose feature step at the foot of the stairs and chose square newel posts, pyramid caps and 41mm square spindles for the balustrade.
Our Customer Said:
We managed to fit the staircase without the second newel post not reliant on sitting on the first floor landing ... this was done by bolting the top two newels together sandwiching the string and happy with the end result.
