A half landing staircase designed for public use has whitewood strings with American white oak treads. It also features redwood handrail, baserail and newel posts and 35mm pine stop-chamfered spindles. The client also commissioned Pear Stairs to manufacture the winder stairs which again consist of whitewood strings with American white oak treads. A mopstick handrail is used on both of the smaller flights.
