572. The Coach House Staircase

This is a softwood straight flight of stairs complete with a return balustrade on the landing. The staircase consists of 35mm square spindles and matching square newels, together with softwood treads and ply risers. Our customer painted all the showing parts white, which compliment the overall look of the property.

We were very pleased with the service from Pear Stairs, any adjustments required along with additional components needed for the infill landing and handrail detailing in order to accomodate installation issues within the existing barn structure. The staircase does look very nice with our decoration and carpeting on it.
