559. The Moorwood Steps

Here we have two large complete oak steps that are over 2.5 metres wide, providing access to the lounge area. As the steps are so wide, they were designed and manufactured using 32mm thick treads. They were also given two undercarriages (timber support systems which we use on overly wide staircases).
