548. Hazelton Stairs

A softwood flight of stairs starting with a bullnose feature step leading to a single winder turn up to the first floor with a return balustrade on the landing. Square newels with pyramid caps were included in the design, while the client sourced the handrail and glass privately.

This is the third time we have used Pear Stairs on our developments, this project was to be installed into a high spec property. Working alongside our glazier a design was created which complemented the glass infill panels, providing a high quality but cost effective stair solution. The results are clear to see, the bonus of this design was a large understair store which allowed for all electrical consumer units, solar system and multimedia hubs to be wall mounted as well as leaving useful storage space, many thanks team Pear Stairs.
