513. Crowthorne Staircase

A wonderful American white oak cut-string staircase serving the ground floor up to the second floor of the property. A feature D-end on a wide D-end step on the ground floor enhances the overall look of the stairs, which lead to a half landing on both flights with return balustrade. Stop-chamfered 41mm spindles and newels were chosen, along with pyramid newel caps.
