501. Olas Glass Staircase

This two-flight staircase serves two floors. Its visible parts are made mainly from oak, while the rest consists of whitewood treads, MDF winder treads and ply risers. There is a feature bullnose step on the basement stairs with a single winder leading to the ground floor and the same leading up to the first floor. Square newel posts and pyramid caps with glass balustrade were used, to let in as much light as possible.
