Our client chose to have their stairs made from American white oak with a feature D-end step. The treads were designed and manufactured in whitewood, with ply being chosen for the risers and MDF winder treads. There is a small balustrade on the ground floor, with a return balustrade on the first floor using 35mm stop-chamfered spindles and newel posts completed with a pyramid cap.
