There are 4 plots on this site where the staircases consist of basement to ground, ground to first and first to second floors. From the basement to the first floor oak treads and risers have been chosen along with the oak handrail, base rail, square newel posts as well as pyramid newel caps. From the first second floor whitewood treads and ply risers are used as these floors have been carpeted. To complement the oak, white primed strings along with 35mm square white primed spindles have been used, giving the stairs a classic yet contempory feel.
