A straight staircase with a bottom feature step. All components except for the oak handrail have been white primed. The client opted for Oxford turned posts, ball newel caps and 41mm Twisted spindles.

A very thorough ordering system, including receipt of detailed drawings prior to final approval of design. I made a couple of phone calls prior to final order with queries and they were extremely helpful. The quality of the stairs is very good and the price very fair. The order arrived on the appointed day and I was present to sign for each item. I chose the primed white and painted all parts before construction. I found a good carpenter to install which is an important consideration if one is not a good handyman, that was important especially for me as whilst I can paint, I am hopeless using a drill!
