362. Barr Half Space Landing Staircase

This cleverly designed up-and-over half landing staircase serves two rooms where the floor levels differ. The all American white oak stair parts, hand and base rails and square posts are complemented by stop-chamfered spindles, giving a statement appearance, while solving the client's problem. The stair treads are 32mm thick with 18mm thick risers. Square newel caps add the finishing touch.
