342. Parc Bellis Staircase

Menai Bridge

Anglesey

These impressive photos show two softwood cut and bracketed string staircases. The stairs use a sapele Traditional handrail with continuous components to give an elegant, fluid look. The ground to first floor staircase starts with a volute and up-ramp and finishes at the top with a vertical turn, up-ramp and horizontal cap turn, which starts the landing balustrade leading to the first-to-second floor staircase. The client selected 32mm thick treads and 32mm square spindles.
