201. Coppice Staircase

An unusual mix of American white oak and sapele timber was chosen for this staircase. The wall string, treads and risers are manufactured in sapele, giving additional strength. These were primed in our workshop, ready for a top coat of white gloss once in position. The balustrade and outer string are manufactured in American white oak. Georgian newels and 41mm Georgian spindles have been chosen with a traditional hand and baserail. The staircase matches perfectly with the surrounding doors and architrave, an extremely well thought out design.
