Our customers from Llanfechain, a small villiage in Powys contacted us looking for a staircase for their newly renovated home. One of our experts travelled to their home to measure up and discuss design ideas before bringing their ideas to life.

This staircase is a sleek straight flight with beautifully crafted oak components. The stringers are white primed, offering a clean contrast to the natural oak elements. The newel posts are chamfered posts with a kerf top, adding subtle character to the structure.

The glass balustrade is seamlessly grooved into a 60mm x 60mm square handrail and a two-part baserail, creating a modern, minimalistic look. The oak treads are square nosed with a 4mm radius, providing a refined edge that balances sharpness with comfort. Overall, the staircase combines modern design with traditional craftsmanship for a timeless aesthetic.

For this staircase, our customer chose to use our in-house Staircase Fitting Service. This enabled us to offer them the full package from the initial Measurement, to the design and finally the fitting.
