A couple from West Sussex contacted the Pear Stairs Design Team seeking to modernise their outdated staircase, they wanted a fresh, stylish look that would seamlessly integrate with their newly renovated interior.

The process began with an in-depth consultation where we discussed the couple's vision and specific requirements. The final design was chosen using a combination of white-primed stair parts with an oak handrail.

Featuring key components such as a Richard Burbidge flat cap, white-primed spindles, posts, infill strips and the low-profile traditional oak handrail.

The refurbished staircase transformed the entrance hall, making it a focal point that greeted visitors with a fresh, modern aesthetic. The white-primed parts brought a bright and airy feel, while the oak handrail added warmth and sophistication. The plush grey carpet provided the perfect finishing touch, combining luxury with practicality.
