An exquisite project featuring a t-shape staircase that combines elegance and functionality, a local family approached the Pear Stairs team with a bespoke design they sought for their large property.

T-shape staircase designs offer a grand and spacious feeling to a property, also helping to maximise space. High-quality oak was used for the newel posts, handrail and base rail to match the existing flooring.

Clear glass was selected as the material for the balustrade to help illuminate the staircase with the natural light provided by the open plan first floor. The glass panels were fitted with a groove into the handrail and base rail for a further seamless appeal.

This staircase boasts a stunning centrepiece that enhances the overall aesthetic appeal, displaying a modern design with a touch of traditional elegance to ensure lasting popularity.
