1211. Gungrog Farm

A local family approached the Pear Stairs team with a vision to modernise their home while preserving its classic charm. They wanted a statement staircase to create a bold display in their newly built home. 

They wanted to replace their outdated staircase with a sleek, elegant design that would seamlessly integrate with their existing oak decor.

Oak was selected to craft the entire staircase this helped to match the property's existing wooden beams installed throughout the home. On entrance, a feature step was incorporated into the design, helping to offer a welcoming approach. The flight was finished with a plush neutral carpet to provide comfort and safety.

Clear tempered glass was used to create the balustrade, paired with polished stainless steel. The glass helped to emit natural light provided by the large bay windows, also providing an incredible view of the landscape beyond.
