Clients from Herefordshire approached Pear Stairs with plans for a staircase that connected the ground floor to the upper level of the property while optimising space and enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Working closely with the clients, our design team developed a concept that incorporated both winder and landing elements to maximise space efficiency. Featuring a series of winder steps at the bottom transitioning into a spacious landing area midway, and culminating in a straight flight of stairs leading to the upper level.

The exposed parts of the flight were crafted with oak for its appearance, whilst whitewood, plywood, and MDF were selected for the areas with plans for carpet to help reduce the overall cost of the staircase.

Through collaboration, creativity, and superior craftsmanship, Pear Stairs transformed the client's vision into reality, delivering a bespoke staircase that surpassed all expectations.
