The goal was to create a cost-effective staircase solution that complemented the salon's aesthetic and met the needs of both staff and clientele.
To keep costs down, Pear Stairs recommended budget-friendly materials such as whitewood and redwood for the staircase components. These materials offered durability and structural integrity while remaining affordable.
The staircase was strategically positioned within the salon layout to optimise traffic flow and ensure accessibility for all. Careful consideration was given to factors such as width, tread depth, and handrail placement to enhance safety and usability.
