A couple with a vision for combining warmth and modernity, approached Pear Stairs to transform the staircase between two walls in their home. Our design team proceeded to work on creating a staircase design that seamlessly integrated with the architecture of the house.

Oak was chosen as the material for the entire flight for its rich and inviting tones, offering a perfect balance between traditional and contemporary.

Thoughtful consideration was given to lighting, ensuring that the staircase area was well-lit with natural light, accentuating the beauty of the oak with the transparency of the glass balustrade. To ensure a seamless blend, the glass was secured into the grooves of the handrail and base rail.
