Collaborating with a couple from Oxfordshire, our team created this timeless oak flight with the modern touch of white-primed detailing. The main aim of the staircase design was to transform a simple staircase into a visual masterpiece.
The oak landing-style staircase served as a solid foundation for the project, it features graceful fluidity following a landing style. It was decided that the natural oak was going to be left exposed on the treads of the flight creating warmth and character to match the existing interior.
Clients opted for a mixture of contemporary and traditional touches within the design, they wanted to promote a minimalist approach using clean-cut lines to stand out. Overall, this staircase is something of simplicity but still has a lot of punch!

I heard about Pear Stairs from a friend, so I went to their website and designed my own. Again without any knowledge, I managed to design, quite accurately what I needed. (I did have to ring David and Neil quite a lot) but was reassured by them, and with a lot of photos of my build, that between us we had the design right. I ordered them, they were delivered 2 weeks later, (also by a friendly driver) who helped me put them where I needed them. They are good quality and well-made stairs.
