Clients in Surrey sought to create a staircase that would serve as a striking centrepiece and elevate the aesthetic of their homes. Collaborating with our team of designers, they chose a white-primed whitewood staircase for its clean and versatile appeal, providing a blank canvas for their vision.
The use of white-primed whitewood for the staircase provided a fresh and airy feel, allowing the staircase to blend with the surrounding décor. The choice of a white finish also serves to amplify the natural light in the space, enhancing its brightness and openness. Utilising components such as 32mm string and treads, and 18mm risers.
To add a touch of opulence and drama, a gold metal balustrade was chosen to line the staircase. Sourced by the client, the intricate design of the balustrade, with its curved patterns and regal gold finish, exudes an air of sophistication.
For an extra layer of comfort, a luxurious beige carpet runner with black trim was added to the staircase. The soft, plush texture complements the elegant theme while providing a comfortable and safe surface for climbing the stairs.
The success of this project lies in the meticulous attention to detail and the artful combination of design elements. The white-primed whitewood landing staircase exemplifies how a well-thought-out design can create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
Our Customer Said:
Pear Stairs were very helpful in getting the design for our cut string and radiused handrail just right. Their lead times were half that of the other company that we tendered to.
