Tasked with creating an access point to their recently converted loft, the Pear Stairs team proposed a plan for a brand new external staircase for local clients in Montgomeryshire.

The straight flight design of the staircase offered a straightforward and efficient way to move between levels, the design helped to maximise the use of available space while ensuring optimal safety.

To achieve the desired sleek and modern appearance, the stairs were stairs were painted with an application of Osmo Grey paint. This creates to perfect contrast against the handrail and spindles, which were left natural with a coating of clear stain to provide a layer of protection.
