Seeking a desired design that would blend seamlessly with the overall decor of their residence, the Pear Stairs design team assisted homeowners in creating a sleek concept that would boast warm natural accents. This was achieved by utilising a mixture of materials and textures, drawing attention to the flight.

The existing wooden balustrade was replaced with bold black metal spindles. The slim, vertical design mimics the open and airy feel of the staircase. To introduce a sense of natural beauty, homeowners opted for the inclusion of oak features. The handrail and newel posts were crafted with high-quality oak, showcasing the rich grain. To finish, a muted grey carpet runner was added to enhance comfort and style. The black trim on the carpet fuses the different components effortlessly.
