Passionate about creating a modern and visually stunning focal point for their newly built home, clients from Hertfordshire worked closely with our design team to produce this elegant oak winder open-riser staircase with glass panelling.
After thoroughly understanding the client's requirements, we proposed a design that combined the natural beauty of oak with the sleekness of glass. Clients opted to install toughened safety glass ensuring both protection and transparency.
The staircase's winder configuration with its graceful curve added a sense of architectural intrigue to the overall design whilst additionally saving space within the area. An open riser was chosen to enhance the sense of spaciousness and allow light to flow freely between floors, working in perfect harmony with the glass panelling to promote light in a dull room.
The oak winder open-riser staircase with glass panelling not only fulfilled the functional purpose of connecting different levels but also became a captivating work of art that elevated the overall aesthetic of the house.

Recently fitted 2 flights of stairs one above the other it was a very difficult design to get them to work with all the head room etc pear stairs spent the time and produced a 3d drawing showing all the heights under the stairs. They are fitted now and look great.
