Searching for a design that would make the most of the available space, clients decided on a glass-panelled straight-flight staircase which would enhance the natural lighting of the small area they were working with and create the illusion of space.
Custom glass panels were installed throughout the flight, using pre-cut grooves in our contemporary hand rail and base rail to secure safely. This provides a clean and sleek appeal to the flight, which follows a contemporary style.
To finish, a grey carpet was added. This provided a smooth contrast against the glass and matt black balustrade, whilst also ensuring comfort and a soft underfoot feel.
