Clients in Hertfordshire were seeking a revamp of their existing staircases, they decided they would be keeping the main skeleton of the flight and renewing their balustrade and making the addition of some bespoke under-stair storage to fill the empty space.
After taking a liking to our on-trend Trademark Metal Spindles, clients decided to incorporate them into their new design for a modern appeal. Using the style Boston from Richard Burbidge to enhance their balustrade and return.
Paired with our staple Pear Stairs Traditional Handrail, Base Rail and Squared Posts in solid American White Oak for a structured display. To finish, 3 coats of Danish oil were used to achieve a natural hue in the wood grain.
