Located on the edge of the Shropshire borders, this client approached the team here at Pear Stairs to design and manufacture a two-storey landing staircase for their property in St Martins. Working in close correlation with our designers, the on-site joiner was able to fit the double landing flights above each other accordingly.

Crafted with a mixture of timbers including Oak, Whitewood, Redwood and Plywood to save cost. Following 21mm treads and 32mm strings for an enhanced traditional appeal which matches the existing door frames of the property. Clients wanted to incorporate a combination of textures, to do this, they opted for a metal balustrade for the entirety of both flights using our popular Camlad Metal Spindles in Black.

For a final added touch, a muted-toned, patterned carpet was chosen. Creating an overall seamless the design which is fit for purpose and perfectly matched to the rest of the property.
