A grand staircase to match the sophisticated aesthetic of this new build property, clients from Surrey approached the Pear Stairs team looking for a statement staircase to catch the eyes of any visitors.

Designed with elegance in mind, the flight is crafted with a cut-string appearance, resulting in a noticeable strong dimensional structure.

Opting for a combination of solid oak and white-primed components provides this staircase with cunning contrasts which work in harmony with each other, allowing a perfect colour break. The solid oak produces a classical approach which is timeless.

Continuing the classical theme throughout, owners added our popular black metal spindles in style 'Camlad' was chosen for the entire duration of the balustrade in partnership with the black adjustable angle bracket, followed by a bullnose step for extra exaggeration. To finish, the Georgian post was opted for, topped with Ball newel caps.
