1065. Hitchhale

Dorchester

Dorset

A remarkable feature of this barn conversion down South, this flight offers a contemporary exhibit and features a design which is highly sought after in the current market.

This unique half-landing style is crafted with Oak components which complement the already present tones within the property, tieing in with the more traditional aesthetic and exposed oak design scheme.

Open-riser was selected for the flight, providing the promotion of natural lighting which is already provided by the elongated window looking out onto the rural fields. A thickness of 42mm was chosen for the treads, offering a distinctive display.

Black metal spindles were incorporated into the balustrade, with the addition of metal bars between each tread to break up the gap and provide a more symmetrical approach. The black metal spindles and bars between the treads were sourced by the client.

A total state-of-the-art project that the team at Pear Stairs relish.
