Approached by a customer in Cornwall, our Pear Stairs design team were tasked with creating this dainty winder staircase for this property in Truro which required access to their newly established mezzanine level. The main goal of this project was to maintain the current natural aesthetic within the property, whilst complimenting the existing furnishings.
Crafted with a combination of Whitewood treads, strings, risers, Redwood handrail, and posts, finished with Pine pyramid newel caps. The customer wanted to continue the timber theme which was already present, and choose to allow the wood to remain exposed.

It is several months since the staircase was installed and we are very pleased with it. The service that Pear Stairs provided was very good. We were fortunate to have a very good installer and he encountered no significant problems in fitting the staircase with what was provided. They had two coats of Osmo Polyx oil, Ilike to have the nice wood exposed So thank you for your service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pear Stairs to anyone else.
