A staircase that immediately welcomes you into the property, a client in Kent approached the Pear Stairs team wanting to transform this property into a modern living space. Our design team created and manufactured this spectacular straight-flight, open-riser staircase.

In order to keep the modern theme projected across the property, a glass balustrade with stainless steel features was selected to promote the re-direction of natural light, for an extended and voluminous aesthetic. 

An exposed-Oak finish allows for a more natural touch, with the open risers and flushed nose treads optimising the scope for an expansive area.
