Approached by a client in Berkshire, they detailed that they wanted a simple staircase that adheres to the building regulations of their property. After exploring options with Pear Stairs, our team were able to find the perfect style. 

A fairly straightforward task for our Pear Stairs team, once the measurements were received a landing staircase was opted for, for purposes of compromising the open space of the room the staircase is situated in. 

Manufactured from a mixture of Redwood, Whitewood, and Plywood, the staircase displays a closed string to ensure the continuation of prominent lines throughout the staircase. Finally, pyramid newel caps topped the square newel posts that were fitted.
