In search of a replacement staircase for their property in London, this client approached Pear Stairs directly with a design concept and style ideas in mind. Wanting the new bespoke staircase to be in keeping with the existing features of the building, it would need to sit above another pre-existing staircase and be finished in the same style.

Making this into a fairly straightforward task for our expert staircase design team, once the measurements were received, they worked quickly to get the structure of the winder staircase finalised.

Fully white-primed, this staircase includes 41mm provincial spindles with stop-chamfered posts and acorn newel posts. All of which adds intricate detailing, that not only matches the existing design scheme, but also provided this staircase with its own character.

Topped with a low-profile handrail and completed with a closed string, the client added a luxurious brown and black carpet runner and spotlights along the staircase to add some final touches of style.
