Wanting an access point for two different levels of their property, our clients discussed the possibility of a T-shaped staircase to be fitted in their recently renovated barn conversion. Local clients contacted the Pear Stairs team to design and manufacture this focal point staircase.

Crafted following a closed string design, the staircase features a complete Oak component approach with pyramid newel caps and stop Chamfered spindles for a traditional design layout. The clients had a large space to experiment with and for this reason, they chose to include a double D-End step at the arrival point of the flight. A great addition for those seeking a welcoming invitation to use the staircase!

Storage space is something most properties lack; the on-site joinery team was able to install some bespoke under-stairs storage units for the client. Demonstrating a great way to utilise the unoccupied space, whilst also looking very stylish.
