Who measures your staircase?

Pear Stairs build staircases for many self build people, all we need is:

1.	The height from finished floor level to finished floor level.
2.	The opening hole size in the first  floor timber joists.

	I.	Trimmer to trimmer
	II.	Trimmer to finished wall.

Pear Stairs rarely come out to the property to measure, we can, but this would be an expensive and unnecessary additional cost to you.
