How do I know my staircase will comply with building regulations?

How do I obtain a price for my staircase?

There are a number of ways in which we will be happy to quote, simply: 
    
    1. Complete our on-line enquiry form.
    2. Fax a basic drawing to our Estimating team on dedicated fax number 01938 555885

    4. Send us an e-mail.

When Can I expect delivery of my new Staircase?

Delivery can be as quick as 2 days for a standard softwood staircase if you so wish.  Normally we offer a delivery of 7-10 days for a standard softwood or American White Oak.  Other hardwood and more intricate designs are 2-3 weeks.

 How do I protect my stairs whilst awaiting build completion of my property?

Our Softwood stairs are despatched in heavy polythene wrapping. Hardwood stairs are despatched protected in bubble wrap. We also offer a plywood tread protection at a small extra cost.
 
What woods are available?

We manufacture in many different types of timbers.  Please ask our sales team if your selection is readily available.

Do you come out to measure our Staircase?

A site visit is not necessary as our drawings are accurate and easy to understand, however should you need to make any changes, we will be happy to do so until you are completely satisfied, with no additional costs incurred.

All we need are stairwell measurements together with finished floor to finished floor dimensions, your choice of wood and type of spindles, newels, etc; our estimators will contact you with a price. A CAD drawing will be sent to you for checking once an order has been placed. If you require any assistance please call a member of our design team.

Do you install staircases?

No we do not install, we recommend a qualified joiner or carpenter install your staircase for you.
